Home Appraisal
  1. You, our client, completes the online Appraisal and Property Analysis Form.
  2. At our office, the Request, Property and Neighborhood are reviewed and if you or your customer require a minimum value, we will provide a statistical analysis of the neighborhood and provide a potential value range for the property, aka Comp Check.
  3. You are contacted with the results of the analysis, and we finalize the terms and confirm the order.
  4. We then schedule the inspection with you/your client and inspect the property.
  5. The report is completed and emailed to you, generally in 2-3 business days. A faster turn-time may be possible for an additional fee. Please request if needed.
